IHT Institute of the Himalayan Tradition teaches the ancient, pure, classic form of yoga: Raja Yoga from the Himalayas. It integrates all aspects of our lives and helps us attain a comfortable body, peaceful mind, and control over both. This Himalayan Tradition of yoga teaches the four steps of hatha: physical postures, breathing practices, relaxation techniques, and the yogic ethical restraints/spiritual observances. In our meditation classes we teach the next four classic steps to ultimate self-knowledge.
